Our Booking Policy ensures smooth and convenient appointment scheduling for all our valued clients.

Advanced Booking

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. This allows us to allocate sufficient resources and provide you with the best possible care.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may want our services.

Late Arrival

If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a ‘No Show’ and you will be charged for 50% of the treatment scheduled.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification, 50% fee of the treatment scheduled will be applied. This helps us manage availability and ensures fairness to other clients.

Payment Options

A deposit of £5.00 is required to be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Full payment will be required for block bookings at your first appointment.
